Living in the Somerset Hills, this Midwesterner by birth was raised in an antique home which kindled a passion for architecture later on in her life. Since 1978 she and her husband have resided on a small farm in Bedminster where they raised two daughters. Her experience in equestrian pursuits led to active involvement with the Somerset Hills Pony Club, the Gladstone Driving Event and many charity events for the United States Equestrian Team.  She served as District Commissioner of the Somerset Hills Pony Club and as Regional Supervisor for the New Jersey Region of the United States Pony Club. Two of her other interests include the Clarence Dillon Library and Friends of the Shelter, an organization in Somerset County that raises money for battered women.

Catherine enjoys reading with her local book club, studying the stock market, playing bridge and spending time with her husband, two grown daughters and her grandchildren.

We came to Catherine after working with realtor and agency for six months who we felt didn't put in a real effort to market our house. Catherine worked diligently to help sell our house. She made suggestions about staging our house and made a detailed study of the market and comparables so that our house was priced correctly to sell. she was present when prospective buyers came through the house and followed up with each to see if they were for real. she continued to work hard tracking down information and "dogging" the various parties right through the closing. She is also a very nice person. I heartily recommend her.

Catherine was thorough, extremely grateful for her leadership and professional guidance through process of the sale of our home.
She had very professional referrals when we needed septic work and just navigating a very difficult state to sell in.
Catherine was responsive and always available for any calls. She personally attended all housing showings.

Catherine Weinstock is the best of the best!!! Her knowledge of the area and the market, her kindness, and her ability to sell are second to none. We had a 200+ old home in the Pottersville section of Long Valley, NJ. While it is charming with tons of character, it also had it's share of problems not the least of which is that it sits on non-conforming property. Catherine was not our first realtor but she is the one who sold the property for us. I cannot speak highly enough about Catherine's work ethic, her kindness & understanding, and her expertise!!!

Catherine worked tirelessly to sell our very unusual home. Her knowledge of the area and local housing market is exceptional.
In the end when we had a deal our septic failed and Catherine was the one who really got us through the the entire replacement process from engineering to final permits. I highly recommend her both for her expertise and easy to work with personality.

You won't find a more reliable, responsible or honest realtor than Catherine. She maneuvered us through a long, arduous short sale purchase of our current Tewksbury Township home with ease and focus. Her communication skills and years of experience were extremely beneficial to this transaction and both my wife and I are do not hesitate to recommend Catherine for any or all of your real estate transactions.

While I was practicing law as a real estate attorney Cathy was my go-to agent of choice. She is 100 percent honest and ethical and tries to provide her clients service above and beyond their expectations.

As further testimony I have hired Cathy as my personal real estate agent both while I was working and during my retirement to handle my real estate needs.

Diligent doesn't even begin to describe Catherine Weinstock. She has been our realtor in Tewksbury Township for 20 years and has listed and sold three properties here for us, the most recent being our townhome at 29 Hunters Circle. Her communication skills are excellent and she works 24/7 treating each and every listing as if it were her only one. I am confident in saying you will not find a more reliable, honest, or responsive realtor than Catherine.

Catherine is an extremely hard worker. She rarely takes a day off. Even though the housing market in Tewksbury is tough she will remain positive and try her hardest to get your home sold. In addition she is a very pleasant and easy person to work with.
